Sanjeev is a product manager director in the NextGen product arena with American Express. His work history also includes positions with such notable financial corporations as J.P. Morgan Chase, Accenture, Inc., CoreOne and Bank of America.
In addition to his C-suite tenure, Masih offers extensive academic experience. He has served as an adjunct at his alma mater, Fordham University, since 2016, teaching business intelligence and analytics classes and, most recently, FinTech classes. He has dedicated time and expertise to several academic boards, including Fordham Foundry and Fordham’s Gabelli School of Business Advisory Board; Harvard’s alumni organization for technology, Harvard Tech; Harvard Business Review; as well as MIT Tech Review.
Furthermore, he developes product strategy and vision based on customer and business needs. With a keen analytical inclination, he evaluates and monitors the creation of detailed documentation of user needs, including user journey, functional requirements, and technical solutions for product features. Communicating and evangelizing the product team’s goals and strategy to identify opportunities for synergy and build alignment across various stakeholders is what Sanjeev do best. As the Product Management Director, he created a sustainable business strategy that maximized investment in product development.
By leveraging Big Data, Risk Decision Engine, and Orchestrator, Sajeev created global enterprise-wide cost-effective and scalable solutions. Earlier, he led programs related to client financial data, loan origination, client & transaction review improvements. Most recently, he is credited with launching working capital digital loans, digital bank for merchants, and underwriting and risk platforms that dramatically improved customer journeys.
