Throughout his time in the business, Jacob was often surprised by the slow processes and legacy systems of the industry that lead to unnecessary friction... Though Docusign is commonly used now, it was only a few years back that faxed and airmailed documents were the standard.
Jacob completed a Masters in Digital Innovation for Fintech from Brandeis university with the sole focus to improve the experience for customers and equipment resellers.
