Union Mobile Pay is a provider of mobile commerce services in China. Its solutions include mobile bankcard payment for bank account payment applications; phone bill account payment; Soopay, a third party cross-platform and electronic payment product for Internet and cell phone users; and e-payment, which allows mobile users to request payments through Web, WAP, SMS, or automatic terminals and make payments.
