This offering provides great value for both e-commerce retailers and the brands that advertise with them.In January 2013, Triad Retail Media was acquired by Rockbridge Growth Equity and Falcon Investment Advisors. The valuation of Triad Retail Media was undisclosed. Other terms of the deal were not released.
