Transoft manages cash for ATMs, branches, vaults and retailers around the world. Its cash cost optimization software uses complex statistical analysis to help financial institutions and retailers optimize cash requirements and reduce costs associated with cash handling.In September 2012, Transoft International was acquired by NCR Corporation. The valuation of Transoft International was undisclosed. Other terms of the deal were not released.
