TransacXion is acting as a facilitating party controlling documents and data flow, and does not bear the financial risks normally associated with companies involved with the financing of trade receivables. TransacXion is similar to VISA and MasterCard where TransacXion generates transaction fees from transactions that are directed to one of our pre-approved banks and insurance partners. The underwriting risks are shouldered by our banking and insurance partners.
