Tax Compliance, through its flagship software product, Property Tax Management System (PTMS), is a provider of corporate property tax compliance software. PTMS is a real and personal property tax compliance software system that allows its users to manage the valuation of real and personal property.In November 2011, Tax Compliance was acquired by Corporation Service Company. The valuation of Tax Compliance was undisclosed. Other terms of the deal were not released.
