Skire Unifier's web-based platform optimizes and integrates critical business processes, data and documents across the organization. Its user interface can be tailored to businesses to increase adoption, minimize training, and ultimately deliver rapid time-to-value.In July 2012, Skire was acquired by Oracle. The valuation of Skire was undisclosed. Other terms of the deal were not released.
