Sektor Payments is the exclusive VeriFone distributor in New Zealand with the largest reseller network that provides VeriFone payment solutions to merchants.In December 2012, Sektor Payments was acquired by VeriFone from Sektor Group of New Zealand. The valuation of Sektor Payments was undisclosed. Other terms of the deal were not released.
