Pungle provides a payments-as-a-service platform that delivers low cost, real-time business disbursements, peer-to-peer transfers and B2B supplier payments. On October 23, 2019, Pungle was acquired by Berkeley Payment Solutions. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
