PS Holdings, dba APU Solutions, is a technology provider for the insurance, collision-repair and alternative parts-supply industries. APU's web-based network provides nationwide parts availability, quality, pricing and procurement, plus tools to track and manage Alternative Parts Utilization.In July 2012, PS Holdings was acquried by Solera Holdings. The valuation of PS Holdings was undisclosed. Other terms of the deal were not released.
