Princeton Payment Solution provides ERP community with the tools to process credit card payments. The company's toolset includes SAP and Oracle certified payment card interfaces, encryption solutions mandated and audited by the Payment Card Industry, and back office reconciliation and chargeback tracking capabilities.In February 2012, Princeton Payment Solution was acquired by Financial Transaction Services. The valuation of Princeton Payment Solution was undisclosed. Other terms of the deal were not released.
