Open E Cry (OEC) is a online brokerage company focusing on its core product the OEC Trader for futures, forex and equities. OEC Trader is an easy to use electronic trading platform that handles all of the complexities of trading. OEC Trader's interface gives users instant access to a full suite of tools.In September 2012, Open E Cry was acquired by GAIN Capital. The valuation of Open E Cry was $12 million. Other terms of the deal were not released.
