Oltio is a South African-based payment technology company that is used to authenticate Masterpass digital wallet purchases in South Africa using a consumer's bank PIN and mobile phone.On November 20, 2020 Oltio was acquired by Ukheshe. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Ukheshe Technologies is a technology company with a single API to integrate our fully digital financial services, including wallets, payment innovations and card issuing.
