It supports all asset-types and multinational operations, helping eliminate dependency on disparate legacy systems for increased operational efficiency and reduced total cost of ownership.In October 2011, Northern Arch was acquired by SunGard. The valuation of Northern Arch was undisclosed. Other terms of the deal were not released.
