New York Telecom Exchange, a neutral international telecommunications commodity exchange, provides a trading platform for wholesale carriers, mobile and fixed network operators and retail operators.In March 2011, New York Telecom Exchange was acquired by United America Corporation. The valuation of New York Telecom Exchange was undisclosed. Other terms of the deal were not released.
