mFoundry is an mobile application platform provider. mFoundry's Spotlight Financial Platform aims to offer a financial services solution for financial institutions, wireless carriers and their customers. Spotlight incorporates mFoundry's mobile banking and payments product into the platform and per the company, it has been adopted by some of the largest banks and carriers in the United States.In January 2013, mFoundry was acquired by FIS. The valuation of mFoundry was $165 million. Other terms of the deal were not released.
