Merchant e-Solutions is an e-commerce company providing traditional and internet-based payment services to community banks and merchants. Traditional services include payment processing solutions via dial terminals, personal computers, and telephones. Internet-based services include payment processing solutions tailored specifically for online stores, plus an extensive array of reports and monthly statements available to banks and merchants through the internet.In July 2012, Merchant e-Solutions was acquired by Cielo. The valuation of Merchant e-Solutions was $670 million.
