Joint Collaboration is a supplier of SaaS (Software as a Service) rental solutions for primarily the Oil and Gas as well as the Construction industry.In August 2013, Joint Collaboration was acquired by Addnode Group. The valuation of Joint Collaboration was undisclosed. Other terms of the deal were not released.
