It has strategic partnerships and alliances with Fiserv, VeriCenter, KeyBank, MetaBan k, Green Dot, and Allpoint Network.In November 2012, FSV Payment Systems was acquired by U.S. Bank. The valuation of FSV Payment Systems was undisclosed. Other terms of the deal were not released.
