Escalate was at the time a provider of complete multi-channel commerce and fulfillment solutions for the retail industry. Escalate solutions aim to provide a seamless shopping experience across all selling channels, making it simple to manage orders from every channel; to pick, pack, and ship orders from any location (store, warehouse, or directly from a vendor); and to maintain very high levels of customer service at every point of interaction.GERS Retail Systems then merged with Ecometry in 2006 by leading private equity firm Golden Gate Capital and the combined entity came to be known as Escalate Retail. In February 2011, Escalate Retail was acquired by RedPrairie.
