Users can checkout using eBillme and pay for purchases through their bank's online bill pay portal or at a Western Union agent location. The service also allows users to earn cash back and create coupons. The company is also known by the name ModaSolutions (or Moda Solutions).In December 2011, eBillme was acquired by Western Union. The valuation of eBillme was undisclosed. Other terms of the deal were not released.
