Channel Intelligence is a provider of technology to companies to enable customers to buy their products online. In 2005, Channel Intelligence was acquired by the Internet Capital Group.In March 2013, Channel Intelligence was acquired by Google for $125 million in an all cash deal. At the time of the acquisition by Google, Channel Intelligence (CI) was active globally in 31 countries, working with 850 retailers like Best Buy and Target.
