BuildPay

BuildPay is a new way to manage payments and expenses for construction projects. An online platform, BuildPay holds project money in escrow and then allows users to control fund disbursement throughout the construction process. Contractors and subs are assured rapid payment, deposited directly into their bank accounts. Money for building materials is separated and paid directly to suppliers using BuildPay debit cards. This process all but eliminates the cash-flow issues that dog today's builders.
