Avista Solutions is a provider in web-based loan origination systems for the American financial services industry. The company's suite of mortgage lending software provides complete, end-to-end solutions incorporating loan origination, product eligibility, pricing and imaging that can be rapidly implemented across all origination channels.In May 2012, Avista Solutions was acquired by Davis + Henderson. The valuation of Avista Solutions was undisclosed. Other terms of the deal were not released.
